Prodromou & Makriyiannis Insurance Underwriting Agencies & Consultants Ltd is the result of merging the operations of "PUA", Prodromou Underwriting Agency, established in 1969, one of the first Agencies to hold Lloyd's Binding Authorities in Cyprus and "JMS", Makriyiannis Insurance Agency, established in the late 1940's in the form of a partnership representing Legal & General and Ecclesiastical Insurance.
PUA and JMS joined forces in 2008 forming PRODROMOU & MAKRIYIANNIS one of the largest Insurance Agency firms on the island.
After over 60 years of quality service to our clients and providing underwriting profits to our principals we continue to operate Lloyd's Binding authorities together with other facilities from European Insurers showing our loyalty and stability in the insurance market.
Our operation also includes a Cyprus Claims settling office for over 250 overseas Insurers.
We offer our customers insurance cover ranging from simple insurance products( motor, property, personal accident, medical, D&O, Professional Indemnity etc) to customised insurance solutions and risk management.
