Back Office Specialist

ΤΥΠΟΣ ΑΠΑΣΧΟΛΗΣΗΣ: Πλήρης

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support with daily administrative tasks in the company
Assist and support Client Account Officers/Managers in their day-to-day operations
Maintaining records and data management
Preparation of documents as required by the General Manager
Performance of other duties as requested

Qualifications and Requirements:

BSc in business, finance, economics or related field
Experience in a similar position is considered an advantage
Excellent knowledge of the Russian and English Languages, both verbal and written
Excellent Computer Skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF)
Excellent organization, planning and time management skills
Strong attention to detail is essential
Responsible, trustworthy and committed individual
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
