Job Description

Manage account and AML/KYC documentation and other compliance relevant processes (sanction screening) for new clients including dispatching the necessary documents
Perform checkers role to validate/authorize account opening & maintenance of client data

Major Responsibilities

Adherence to regulatory requirements regarding AML/KYC.
Close communication with other departments for resolving AML/KYC and other regulatory issues related to clients’ accounts
Support other departments in resolving any issues in the processes

Candidate Requirement / Qualifications / experience

Minimum experience in a Back Office role within a Forex company
Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Flexibility in rotating shifts Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00, 9:00am to 18:00, 10:00am to 19:00 and 12:00 to 21:00
Flexibility in rotating weekend shifts paid as overtime
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in the English language at a professional level
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Open minded team player and willing to learn
Willing to work in a regulated environment and observe the guidelines set by the relevant governing body
A high level of professionalism and personal integrity
University degree in a related field (preferable but not a must)
