Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Interpretation: Analyse regulatory guidelines and simplify intricate legal terminologies to offer actionable recommendations to both internal teams and external associates.
Compliance Vigilance: Continuously monitor and assess existing and emerging compliance mandates, explore potential markets, and coordinate with the legal division on securing new operating licenses.
Regulatory Liaison: Cultivate and manage relationships with regulatory agencies, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
AML/CFT Support: Offer expertise to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and Know Your Customer (KYC) team, emphasizing understanding of region-specific Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations.
Policy Management: Formulate, oversee, and periodically revise company policies and procedures. Assist teams in grasping the relevance of these policies in their routine operations.
Compliance Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports on compliance metrics and present findings to the board for informed decision-making.
Due Diligence Facilitation: Aid in vetting processes, both for incoming and outgoing third parties, during the acquisition of new B2B & B2C partners.
Internal Control Advisory: Furnish unbiased counsel on the structuring and reinforcement of the company's internal control measures, and ensure adherence.
Regulatory Submissions: Prepare and dispatch mandatory regulatory documents to pertinent authorities.
Guidance Development: Create practical manuals on regulatory compliance, like advertising standards, empowering other departments to function autonomously.
Audit Documentation: Maintain systematic records of compliance evaluations, approvals, and related activities.
Compliance Auditing: Execute thorough assessments of websites, internal protocols, and technical deployments to ascertain alignment with regulatory stipulations.

Requirements:

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal prowess and the knack to foster constructive relationships internally and with external parties.
Language Proficiency: Mastery over written and spoken English.
A bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
