Poss is a multi award winning creative producer and writer with over 7 years experience developing narratives for animation, film and digital productions. Since graduating from the NFTS producing course in 2010, he has both worked in both production company and agency environments, successfully leading campaigns, writing and developing concepts and delivering high quality content.

Multi-skilled, forward thinking and narrative focused, Poss is an asset to every environment; with his fearless approach to idea generation and self-analysis proving invaluable both during development and production.
