Back Office Assistant

Looking to hire a dynamic and energetic Back Office Assistant to join our team in Limassol in a highly fun and uplifting work environment with a great potential for in house growth.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with Finance for daily payments to suppliers
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients
Maintain Monthly reports for expenses
Assist General Manager with daily inquiries

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, knowledge of any other languages will be considered as an advantage.
A strong character with confidence, able to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
You must have good communication skills to work within a diverse international team.
