Compliance Assistant

Forex TB Ltd, a CySec regulated Forex Company, currently has an exciting, full-time career opportunity for a Compliance Assistant at its headquarters in Nicosia. Could you be the candidate that we’re looking for?

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the handling of general compliance enquiries;
Assist in the drafting of relevant compliance policies procedures;
Lead on the effective management of complaints by investigating and resolving them in a timely manner;
Propose improvements to internal marketing policies and procedures, in accordance with the business requirements and regulatory requirements;
Monitor, review and approve marketing communications material including website pages, Banners, Landing Pages and any other material;
Assist in handling of complaints and/or monitor the handling of client complaints by the relevant department;
Assist in the development of the Company’s websites;
Prepare and submit Compliance Reports to the Management and Regulatory bodies.

Candidate Profile:

Qualified Lawyer will be considered as an advantage;
Previous experience in the Forex Industry in Compliance will be considered as an advantage;
Fluency in English language;
CySec Advanced Certificate holder or willing to take the examination following employment by the company;
Strong communication and management skills;
Strong personality with the ability to resolve complex issues.
