Unicaf is a leading online higher education platform operating globally with a physical presence in 12 countries. Due to the expansion of operations is seeking to employ an Academic Performance Officer.

Overview

As part of a team, the Academic Performance Officer will play a key role in the day-to-day monitoring and management of the organisation’s academic delivery services worldwide. They will be responsible for data gathering and analysis across multiple platforms to inform decision-making processes, optimise student experience and progression, and enhancing scheduling procedures.

Education and experience

A Bachelor’s degree
A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage
Knowledge and skills
Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required
Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential
Ability to work well within teams
Strong analytic skills
Previous experience of administrative positions in education will be considered an advantage
