RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Provide full administrative support to the HR department
Ensure the company HRIS system is up to date and accurate
Assist with employee benefits including medical insurance and benefits card
Assist with the onboarding process of new employees
Assist with conducting performance management initiatives such as 360’s and one to ones
Keep up to date with legal developments regarding Labour Law issues
Arrange and co-ordinate the necessary trainings for employees
Process the absence management policy of the company
Assist with the payroll administration and preparation
Ensure that HR administration policies follow external and internal compliance
Make attempts to acquire government subsidies for recruitment and training
Communicate all company policies to employees
Assist in the implementation of Health & Safety requirements
Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

REQUIREMENTS

University/College diploma in a relevant field
1 – 2 years’ experience in the HR field will be considered an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
Impeccable organizational skills with attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
