Pet Relocation Assistant

Easypet Exports is an island-wide pet relocation service with our head office located in Livadia, Larnaca.

As agents of major airlines such as British Airways, Emirates, Lufthansa, LOT and TUI we specialise in the movement of live animals flying as cargo around the world.

We book flights for pets such as cats, dogs, rabbits, birds etc and provide customers with advice on veterinary and specific country entry requirements.

We are looking for a Pet Relocation Assistant to join our ever growing wonderful team!

Duties:

To deal with all new client enquiries by phone, email and in person at our office
Produce email quotes for pet travel options
Responsibility for own caseload of clients for both EU and non-EU travel bookings
Completion of all tasks relating to pet travel plans such as booking flights, organising couriers, preparing invoices, travel crate advice, pet passport checks, producing air waybills and other required flight documentation
Entering details on database and keeping records/setting tasks through the case management system
Liaise with Government Veterinary Services regarding non-EU imports.
Ad-hoc duties that may arise from time to time include taking pets for pre-flight veterinary checks, check in of pets arriving into Larnaca or Paphos airport.
Occasional weekend or evening working may be required. Time off in lieu will be given for any such need for working outside of usual working hours

Person specification:

Excellent customer service & administration skills
Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with external agencies
Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Excellent typing skills
Efficient in the use of social media, i.e. Facebook, Instagram
Excellent written and spoken English (essential)
Reliable and punctual
Animal lover
Full manual driving licence with own vehicle to get to Livadia, Larnaca
Confident driver with ability to drive company van
