Barista

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Fulltime

Lion Global, a proud member of Imperio Group is looking to recruit a courteous Barista who is passionate to create a hospitable and safe environment and will be responsible for the Pool Bar at the Sunset Gardens on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should be committed to providing customers with excellent service with a friendly and positive attitude.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and safe environment in the pool place at Sunset Gardens in Limassol, the first sustainable gated community in Cyprus, which is located in west Limassol, near City of Dreams Casino.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers of the Pool Bar and informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
Preparing hot/cold beverages and serving the customers of the Pool Bar.
Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies.
Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
Check if the equipment of the Pool Bar operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
Warns swimmers near the Pool Bar of improper activities or danger and enforces pool regulations and water safety policies.
Inspects pool facilities to ensure that they are safe and usable.

Personal and Professional Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Up to 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Holder of a Lifeguard certificate or equivalent consider as an advantage.
Very good knowledge of Greek and English language.
Exceptional listening and communication skills.
A polite, responsible and engaging personality.
Training and willingness to continue learning.
Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Working days: Six days per week (Weekends included).
Working hours: 10:00-17:00.
