Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Responsible for booking journal entries, invoices and bank payments in the accounting system
Processing payments for expenses, taxes and company’s creditors via online banking and preparing bank reconciliations
Maintaining, monitoring and recording the petty cash of the Company
Monthly reconciliation of suppliers back to supplier’s statements
Preparation and submission of Quarterly VAT returns
Provide to the relevant authorities (tax, social insurance etc.) all reports required in a timely manner
Assist both internal and external auditors to ensure a clean and timely year end audit
Execute and reconcile the payment of payroll for all the company employees
Liaise with companies suppliers overseas
