The Position:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Host (Hungarian Speaking) eager to grow professionally and with full dominion of the Hungarian language (any extra language is a plus), prior experience in the field of customer support is preferred.

Your key responsibilities will consist of (but not be limited to) providing the highest level of support via email, Live Chat and social media as well as acting as the first point of contact for the customers of our brands and also assisting with KYC inquiries.

Requirements:

Native Hungarian both spoken and written
Fluent in the English language both spoken and written
Passionate in providing the best Customer Service experience
Able to work under pressure
Open to work with a flexible schedule
Previous experience in Customer Support is preferred
Basic knowledge in the use of computers and software as well as typing skills
Great attention to detail

The Location:

Full Force Gaming Group is based in Cyprus, Larnaca, in a centric location with plenty of nearby supermarkets and social hotspots.
