Reception and Accounts Support Officer

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Fulltime

We are looking for a pleasant person to greet customers, answer and divert telephone calls and to execute soft accounting operations in the position of the Reception and Accounts Support Officer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting clients
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Keeping Reception area tidy
Sorting and Distributing Post
Good with computer systems
Receipt of goods to be sold from supplier in S.A.P system
Basic Accounting knowledge

Person Specifications:

Well organized
Friendly and polite
Efficient
Fluency in Greek and English (Written and oral)
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
