Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Luxury Brand Sales Supervisor for our Menswear Department at CARA Limassol. In this role, will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and maximazing sales through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. The ideal candidate will bring excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and foster positive relationships with clients.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
- Maintain high standards of organization and presentation within the department.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service
- Proven sales ability, with prior experience in retail (luxury or fashion preferred) or customer service
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A passion for the fashion industry and luxury products
Languages - Fluency in 2 languages
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Greek, Russian, Hebrew or Arabic is an advantage
Compensation
- Competitive salary, plus commission based on sales performance
