The company owns the franchising rights for Marks & Spencer UK Plc for all major cities in Cyprus, except for Nicosia.
The company started when Mr. Symeon Symeonides started to import food products to Cyprus.
The food items grew to be so popular in the Cypriot market that the company expanded to textiles and opened the first store in 1967, “St. Michael” in Limassol. Due to its great success, shortly after in 1968 two more stores were opened one in Famagusta and one in Larnaca, then a third in Paphos (1975), and a fourth in Paralimni in 1981. Today Symeonides Fashion House is proud to have 8 stores in Cyprus and offer the Cypriot consumer high quality products at the most affordable prices.
