Relationship Manager

ΤΥΠΟΣ ΑΠΑΣΧΟΛΗΣΗΣ: Πλήρης

Main duties & responsibilities:

To expand a portfolio of active and profitable customers, within the pre-determined commercial, risk and compliance policies of the bank.
To develop the business in terms of account openings and lending opportunities.
To provide efficient and effective services to all external & internal parties so as to enhance the customer experience.
To negotiate terms and conditions for specific products and services including cross-border facilities, Trade Finance etc.
To review customers’ requests for facilities and to provide relevant recommendations to management.
To assess the various types of risks, emanating from the business, such as Compliance Risk, AML Risk and Credit risk.
To monitor customer accounts as per AML and internal KYC procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications and experience required:

Academic and/or professional qualifications in a banking-related field coupled with relevant experience of up to 3 years in a similar position within a Banking institution.

Languages:

Fluency in the Greek & English languages is required. Additional languages (French, Arabic etc) will be considered as an advantage.

Personal characteristics / competencies:

Results orientation / client focus / team-spirit / strong communication and interpersonal skills.
