Highworth_Cyprus, licensed by ICPAC as a Corporate Services provider, is looking to recruit a Financial and Business Consultant for full time employment in Nicosia.

Responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction on a new market for the company
Conduct research to identify new opportunities and plan a go-to-market strategy
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and partners
Working collaboratively internally and with external parties to deliver chosen solutions, e.g. banks, government departments, clients
Evaluating and suggesting actions and plans to improve the operation of the clients’ business systems
Preparing financial projections and keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Assist with the creation of proposals and other business development activities to help meet revenue targets
Perform other duties as may be assigned
The position includes international travelling

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics or any other relevant field
Qualified ACA/ACCA preferred
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Consulting industry
Prior client facing experience
Ability to build rapport
Excellent command of Greek and English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an advantage.
Excellent computer literacy, including ability to use basic analyst tools such as MS Excel
Highly motivated with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure
Self-starter, with a keen interest in customer loyalty and highly motivated towards success
Committed to high quality and accuracy
Willing to learn and develop in a growing organization
