ABOUT THE ROLE:

GRADUATE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced management accountant to join our team
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide accurate and actionable financial information to guide the organization's decision-making processes
They will be responsible for monitoring financial performance, producing budgets and forecasts, analyzing data, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A key part of our future moving forward, you will be working directly with our portfolio companies, you & the team will be responsible for keeping an accurate & up to date accounting policy within the portfolio companies as we grow
Develop and analyze financial statements to report on performance and identify trends
Prepare budgets and financial forecasts to guide the organization's financial planning processes
Collaborate with internal teams to establish financial goals, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management
Provide financial guidance and support to management, including producing reports, analyzing data, and providing advice on financial matters
Manage the company's financial reporting systems, including creating and updating reports, and ensuring financial data accuracy and consistency
Analyse financial data, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance
Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies and procedures
Oversee the work of financial analysts and other financial professionals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including external auditors and financial institutions

The accounting standards you will adhere to will be:

General accounting practice GAAP
International financial reporting standards (IFRS)
UK, Australia and USA accounting and Tax rules

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance a master's degree is preferred
Working towards CMA, CPA, or ACCA is required
Experience as a management accountant or financial analyst
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Excel
