Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints via LiveChat
Ability to replicate technical issues reported by users
Ability to adapt to our ever-changing and updating product
Technical understanding
Jira Ticketing system
Report bugs to the technical team
Report abnormal increase in complaints to the direct manager;

Candidate Profile:

Ability to work a flexible schedule in weekly shift cycles (also nights and weekends)
Technical knowledge and IT background and previous experience in Customer/Technical Support
Excellent knowledge of English (any of: Spanish/German/Italian/French languages will be considered an advantage)
