What are the new prices of job posts?

The prices for Cyprus are as follows:

1 post: €37

2-4 posts: €31 per post

5-10 posts: €25 per post

11-20 posts: €22 per post

21-30 posts: €20 per post

31-50 posts: €19 per post

51-70 posts: €18 per post

71-90 posts: €17 per post

91-100 posts: €16 per post

101-150 posts: €15 per post

How can I create an account as an employer?

Please follow the steps below to register as an employer for free:

Click on "Login for employers"
Click on "Register" - orange button
Enter your details (Please enter a general e-mail to complete your registration as an employer)
Click on "Register company"
Following, the system will guide you to post a job

What should a job post include?

Each post, can include only one job position with the following criteria:

Valid company name
Contact details for receiving CVs (e-mail or/and phone number)
Qualifications and Duties of the job position
Employment type
Written in lowercase and not uppercase letters
Written in Greek, English or in any othe language. Greeklish is not allowed.
Do not exceed one month of publication
Do not mention age, sex or any other kind of discrimination
Do not require a photo or strictly private details (e.g. ID number or copy, passport)

For how long can a post be on ergodotisi?

Each post can be active on ergodotisi for a maximum of one month. It can only be used once and cannot be republished.

How can I purchase job posts?

For Cyprus, visit the subpage www.ergodotisi.com/pricing, select the number of job posts you want to purchase and follow the steps.

For Greece, visit the subpage www.ergodotisi.gr/pricing, select the number of job posts you want to purchase and follow the steps.

As the number of job posts purchased increases (all together), the price per post decreases proportionally.

Why should I purchase a Facebook post?

According to ergodotisi' s statistics, a job post which is also published on Facebook has 60% more views. This is a result of targeted boosting of the post on Facebook, allowing to show the post to more relevant people, who are more interested in the job position.

Can I get an 'x' number of posts or services and pay by installments or later on?

All posts and services, are paid on the day of purchase. They cannot be paid at a later stage or by installments.

Are there packages that combine multiple services?

Each service offered is purchased separately. If you wish to purchase additional services, such as advertising through banner etc, please contact us on companies@ergodotisi.com or on 7000 7120.

How can I pay? Is it safe?

1. You can pay using any credit or debit card. Our mechanism offers the safety of JCC ( http://www.jcc.com.cy/ ).
2. Via a JCC link, sent to your e-mail. The link transfers you to a safe environment, where you can proceed with the payment. Then, you contacts us on companies@ergodotisi.com to provide you with the purchased services.
3. By bank transfer or direct deposit (it is necessary to include the contact details of your company or of the person who makes the payment). Then, you contacts us on companies@ergodotisi.com to provide you with the purchased services.

Footnote: Unfortunately, we do not accept any other payment methods, while our services are delivered after the payment is made.

Do I get any discount if I purchase more job posts?

The initial charge for a job post is 37 euros +VAT for Cyprus and 65 euros + VAT for Greece. As the number of job posts purchased increases (all together), the price per post decreases proportionally.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. During the purchasing process, you can choose if you want to receive an invoice or a normal receipt. Normal receipt is issued, if you enter your personal details instead of your company details.

What is the payment period of the invoice?

Our services are prepaid, therefore invoices should be paid once issued. Then, services are delivered.

When will my job post be published?

All job posts go through an approval process, which lasts up to 12 working hours, before being published.

For how long will I be able to use the posts purchased?

Purchased job posts can be used within a 12 months period. There is no refund for any unused posts.

I am a group of companies. How can I be served?

Ergodotisi can treat you as a group of companies, if you use one head company account with one logo. This account will be used to upload all the job vacancies of your Brand, using the accounting details of your brand.

If you do not wish to connect your Brands under your group name, then they will be treated as different companies. Each company will have one company account with one logo and all the posts will be posted under this account and its accounting details.

How can I purchase a banner or other advertising services?

What is an Advertorial Post?

The advertorial post is a photo with promotional content (1080 x 1080px recommended), about a job position or services that the company wants to display. The content of the advertorial post should be in line with the industry in which ergodotisi operates. In other words, a job vacancy or a training seminar to develop skills that can later help in employing a person can be advertised, but a product or service that has no direct or indirect link to the labor market cannot be advertised.

What do I need to know about banners?

Banners can be placed on the main page or sub pages of ergodotisi (in rotation) and in the newsletter. Billing is done based on CPM, i.e. the reported amount per thousand impressions.

What is an Advertorial Video?

The Advertorial Video is a video with promotional content, about a job position or services that the company wants to display. The content of the advertorial post should be in line with the industry in which ergodotisi operates. In other words, a job vacancy or a a training seminar to develop skills that can later help in employing a person can be advertised, but a product or service that has no direct or indirect link to the labor market cannot be advertised.

What is a Native Advertisement?

Native Advertisement is a built-in ad within a related article and specially crafted to host the ad. For example, a Native Advertisement of a company which is involved in the development of Corporate Team Bonding could be found in an article on ''How to increase your company's productivity'', or ''The new corporate trend that increases productivity''. As the reader reads the article, he faces the company's ad and a related link to visit the site.

Can I change my username?

You cannot change your username. Please enter a general e-mail to register as an employer.

Can I ask for a refund?

You can ask for a refund at a maximum period of 5 working days after your purchase and if the service has not been used. When this time limit expires, no refunds can be done.
