The client

Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity for a Qualified Legal professional to join an internal legal team and provide support and assistance across various matters which arise within the Company.

Main responsibilities include:

Perform legal research
Provide legal advice across the Firm
Draft and review agreements and other legal documents
Handle data protection matters
Assist in the handling of legal claims

Profile of the ideal candidate:

University degree in Law (LLB Hons), and a Postgraduate degree in Law (LLM) or any other equivalent degree
Qualification in the Legal Practice Course or the Bar Professional Training Course or other relevant professional qualification will be considered an advantage
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
At least 2 years of post-qualified legal experience within a law firm or as an internal legal advisor of a financial services Company
High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity
Mature, flexible, and proactive
Strong organisation skills, with an ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines
Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Innovative, persistent, with good problem-solving skills
Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Fluent in Greek and English.
