Responsibilities of our future teammate:

Ensuring and supporting the development of HR processes of companies: transfers, environmental interviews, adaptation of newcomers, support for newcomers and those relocated;
Participation in the implementation and development of corporate culture: organization of congratulations on anniversaries, birthdays, other important events, adaptations, transfers, NPS, sending 360, etc.;
Collection, storage and analysis of HR data: structure, data on completion, etc.;
Assistance in organizing events: team building, meetups, other events and activities;
Work at the request of HRBP, managers and other employees;

Requirements:

University Degree in HR or any related field
Knowledge of and interest in processes in the field of HR;
Basic level of qualification of event organization;
Strong team spirit, organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure, great attention to detail and meet deadlines
Highly motivated and a ‘doer’ mindset with a positive personality
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
