Flight Coordinators (Larnaca Airport)

Flight Coordinators - Seasonal - Larnaca International Airport

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to co-ordinate all activities on the ground (Airside) to ensure the safe, quick and efficient turnaround of aircrafts from landing to departure on a part-time or on full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Preparation and closing of the flight file
Marshalling, Pax Boarding Bridge operation, Gate and Aircraft doors opening
Communicate details of arrival information and special handling to all relevant units
Liaising with ground crew and ensuring that tasks, such as cleaning, refuelling and loading, are completed on time
Coordination of the communication between all departments to ensure correct issuance of final paperwork (Load sheet, PAX lists, Cargo Manifests etc.)
Coordination of paperwork delivery to cockpit and cabin crew
Ensure all required manpower/ GSE equipment is present and serviceable
Ensure that each flight is unloaded/loaded as per instructions
Coordination of the On Time equipment removal and ensure on time availability of the departing equipment and Aircraft Departure readiness
Adhere to all relevant security regulations and do the necessary checks

Requirements and Skills:

Very good knowledge of the Greek and English languages
Minimum 2 years airport experience
Above average ability to work under pressure, flexible and a fast decision maker
Excellent Time sense and capacity to follow very short deadlines
Excellent communication skills and a team spirit attitude
Organizing and Planning skills
Computer literate
Ability to work on a shift pattern
Clean Criminal Record
