IT Support Officer

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Fulltime

Brainstorm Hospitality Group, franchisee of TGI Fridays Cyprus, Hard Rock Cafe Ayia Napa and other local brands, is looking to recruit an IT Support Officer to join our IT team in Larnaca. The successful candidate should be full of energy, passionate about the restaurant industry and a team player.

Responsibilities:

Work alongside the IT Manager on new and exciting projects
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Resolve issues via phone, in person, or remotely
Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
Handle daily IT troubleshooting and tasks
Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
Train users on the company’s software and hardware
Export data and prepare reports as assigned
Testing new technologies

Qualifications:

University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any other relevant field
Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
Problem solving ability
Good communication skills
Multitasking and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Language
Relevant experience will be considered an advantage
A postgraduate degree will be considered an advantage
